Abstract
Ballistocardiogram (BCG) is a periodic weak vibration pattern of the human body caused by cardiac pulsation. By recording BCG signals, non-contact heart activity detection can be achieved and scientific predictions can be made for related diseases. This article reviews the development history of BCG’s technology, the development status of BCG technology in the field of health care, the development prospect and technical development trend in the field of aerospace medicine and the problems it faces. We put forward some suggestions for the application of BCG in clinical and aerospace medicine in the future.
