Abstract
Mitochondria are where most eukaryotic cells produce energy and are involved in important life activities such as signal transmission and oxidative stress. Abnormal mitochondrial structure or function is an important pathogenic basis for the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases. Mitochondria-targeted fluorescent probes, by labeling mitochondria-related analytes to study their functions, are expected to become a powerful tool for in-depth study of cardiovascular diseases and are important to human health.
