Abstract
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is currently one of the most common chronic diseases that lead to human death. With the progress of medicine, more and more researchers have found that parathyroid hormone (PTH) is closely related to CVD, such as participating in the development of arterial calcification, myocardial infarction, hypertension, arrhythmia, ventricular hypertrophy, heart failure and many other diseases. Therefore, exploration of the correlation and therapeutic mechanism of PTH in CVD will provide a more comprehensive clinical guidance for the treatment of CVD.
