Research progress of Rho/ROCK signaling pathway and inflammatory cytokines

The Rho/ROCK pathway is closely related to cell growth, development, differentiation and migration. A large number of studies have shown that the interaction of the Rho/ROCK pathway and inflammatory cytokines has a certain impact on the occurrence and development of diabetes, ocular inflammatory diseases, tumors, lung injury, heart disease, and nerve injury diseases. This pathway is used as a therapeutic target for diseases and receives more and more attention. By summarizing the research on Rho/ROCK signaling pathway and inflammatory cytokines in recent years, we hope to provide reference for the further research of Chinese medicine in lowering blood pressure and resisting atherosclerosis.
