Research progress of rhythm genes in inflammatory response

The biological clock is a complex cellular mechanism that controls a range of physiological processes, including inflammation. Similarly, inflammation can lead to disruptions in circadian rhythms, which may further amplify the inflammatory response and worsen tissue damage. In this paper, we summarized the rhythm genes and their interactions with inflammation, aiming to explore the relationship between them and their specific mechanism of action, so as to provide some new approach for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory diseases.
