Abstract
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a serious cardiovascular adverse event, a threat to human life and health. However, acute myocardial infarction occurring in non heart disease patients during hospitalization is a unique clinical disease and its clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis are different from those of acute myocardial infarction occurring out of hospital. It is only in the past 10 years that acute myocardial infarction occurring in non heart disease patients during hospitalization has drawn more and more attention. This article reviews the related research and progress of acute myocardial infarction in hospitalized patients.
