Research progress of distal transradial access in coronary angiography and intervention

    • Distal transradial access (dTRA) is a new surgical approach for coronary angiography (CAG) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with coronary heart disease. In recent years, cardiovascular doctors at home and abroad are trying this novel surgical approach. This paper reviews the anatomical structure, patient preparation, puncture, hemostasis, application progress, advantages and disadvantages of this surgical approach.
