Four key training steps of Inter-Medical School Physiology Quiz（IMSPQ）in Air Force Medical University

The Air Force Medical University has participated in the Inter-Medical School Physiology Quiz (IMSPQ) since 2015, and got excellent scores over the past 5 years. Summarizing the experience in the training of participating students in IMSPQ in the past five years of Air Force Medical University, we found four important steps, respectively, competitive recruitment, team building, teaching model improving and building a new knowledge system for individual are important.
