Strengthening the characteristics and combining the research in the course construction of aviatic convalescence and rehabilitation

To implement the new era of education policy and strengthen the connotative development requirements, the contents of aerospace medicine courses are continuous renewal to cultivate professionals in aviatic medicine. The contents of convalescence and rehabilitation are limited in the current courses, while convalescence and rehabilitation play a critical role in medical support for flight crew. Here, we added these contents in Aviatic Clinical Medicine, Aerospace Medicine and Frontier in Aerospace Medicine. The textbooks and teaching methods are designed according to requirements from practice, as well as different students. For example, the convalescence and rehabilitation for cardiovascular diseases are emphatically designed in Aviatic Clinical Medicine. In addition, the combination of teaching and research is well balanced. These efforts have successfully extended the contents of aerospace medicine.
