Abstract
Coronary heart disease (CHD), a commonly encountered disease harmful to human health, is the most common type of organ lesions caused by atherosclerosis. In recent years, studies have shown that inflammatory immune response is closely related to the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease and the repair after myocardial infarction. As an important component of innate immune system, NK cells are involved in occurrence and development of coronary heart disease and the myocardial remodeling following infarction. This paper briefly summarizes the research progress of NK cells and coronary heart diseases, hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of coronary heart disease.
