Recent advances of LncRNA in cardiovascular diseases

The prevalence rate of cardiovascular diseases is increasing in China. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) regulates the biological process in many ways, plays a key role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases and exerts a potential impact on the survival and prognosis of patients. In this article, the latest research progress of lncRNA in cardiovascular diseases has been reviewed to provide the theoretical basis for future research on prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
