Abstract
Most patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) are not associated with obstructive atherosclerotic coronary artery disease. There are five important causes of ACS caused without coronary atherosclerosis: spontaneous coronary dissection (SCAD), coronary embolism, coronary vasospasm (CAS), myocardial bridge (MB) and stress cardiomyopathy. In this paper, the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment strategy of each etiology were reviewed.
