Abstract
Cardiac rupture is one of the mechanical complications of acute myocardial infarction, which often has a poor prognosis. It is also the second leading cause of death in patients with myocardial infarction. The onset of cardiac rupture is sudden, the disease deteriorates rapidly, the current clinical treatment is limited, and the case fatality rate is high. Therefore, it is particularly important to identify the high-risk population of cardiac rupture after acute myocardial infarction and establish an accurate risk prediction model. Early diagnosis and evaluation, and timely and effective treatment are particularly important.
