Application of “improvement of cardiovascular response” in teaching anti-G medical training

Anti-G medical training is a comprehensive training method to improve pilots’ own anti-G ability. The core of the training is to effectively improve the cardiovascular response of the pilots. This paper analyzed the role of cardiovascular response ability in the implementation of various aspects of anti-G medical training and discussed in teaching practice of anti-G medical training how to use “cardiovascular response” to systematically carry out anti-G medical education, anti-G physical training, anti-G straining maneuver training and centrifuge training.
