Value of clinical coronary heart disease examination methods for screening coronary heart disease in asymptomatic population in clinical aerospace medicine

    • Coronary heart disease (CHD) is one of the main diseases that threaten flight personnel safety. How to screen and diagnose asymptomatic coronary heart disease early has always been a problem to be solved for flight surgeons. At present, the clinical diagnosis methods of coronary heart disease is rich and varied, ranging from history tracking to coronary angiography. However, how to use these methods reasonably and effectively in aerospace medicine is still controversial. This article discusses the diagnostic value of the commonly used clinical coronary heart disease examination methods in screening asymptomatic population. It is believed that multiple examination methods should be used in combination based on the feasibility and the prediction principles in order to effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of coronary heart disease.
