    • 摘要: 目的: 探讨血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb (platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb,GPⅡb)基因的多态性与冠心病(CHD)的关系。方法: 选择经冠状动脉造影(CAG)证实有狭窄或粥样斑块的CHD患者90例和经CAG证实无狭窄或粥样斑块的对照组75例,采用PCR方法检测两组血浆GPⅡb基因的多态性。结果: 在GPⅡb基因SNP1930位置G/C,CHD组较对照组有显著差异(P<0.01),而1977位置G/T以及1930位置C/1977位置T组合在两组间无明显差异。经过其他危险因素作为协变量的Logistic回归分析,SNP1930位置为C时,仍然是CHD的独立危险因素(OR=3.039,95%CI为1.433-6.445,P<0.01)。结论: GPⅡb基因SNP1930位置为C者可能更易患CHD,但进一步的结论需要扩大样本量深入研究。

       

      Abstract: AIM: To study the relationship between polymorphism of platelet glycoprotein IIb (GPIIb) and coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS: The study population consisted of 90 patients with CHD whose stenosis or atheromatous plaque in the coronary artery was confirmed by coronary angiography and 75 control cases without stenosis or atheromatous plaque. Peripheral venous blood samples were drawn from all subjects and the GPIIb genotype was determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). RESULTS: The 1930 G/C SNP of GPIIb gene increased significantly in CHD group compared with that in control group (P<0.01). No significant differences in 1977G/T and 1930 C/1977T SNPs were observed between the groups. Adjusted by logistic regression, the increase of 1930C SNP was found an independent risk factor of CHD (OR=3.039, 95% CI 1.433-6.445, P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The GPIIb 1930 G/C SNP is associated with CHD.
