    激动κ-阿片受体通过抑制血管紧张素II/AT1受体途径发挥抗心律失常作用的探讨

    κ-Opioid receptor stimulation exerts antiarrhythmic effects through negative regulation of angiotensin II/AT1 receptor pathway

    • 摘要: 阿片样物质/κ阿片受体(κ-opioid receptor,κ-OR)途径和血管紧张素II(angiotensin II,AngII)/AT1受体途径都是调节心血管系统功能的重要信号通路。多年以来,人们对激动κ-OR的心肌保护效应和激活AngII/AT1受体途径促进心律失常发生和发展的作用分别进行了许多研究,但激动κ-OR是否可通过负性调节AngII/AT1受体途径来发挥抗心律失常作用的问题迄今仍缺乏探索。本文在总结以往对以上两途径研究成果的基础上,探讨了激动κ-OR通过对AngII/AT1受体途径的负性调节从而发挥抗心律失常的作用,可望为心律失常的防治提供新的研究思路。

       

      Abstract: Both opioid/κ-opioid receptor (κ-OR) pathway and angiotensin II (AngII)/AT1 receptor pathway are important pathways regulating the functions of the cardiovascular system. Although the myocardial protective function of κ-OR stimulation and the arrhythmic effect of AngII have been extensively investigated, whether the stimulation of κ-OR exerts antiarrhythmic effects through negative regulation of the Ang II/AT1 receptor pathway is still unclear. This review discusses the antiarrhythmic effect of κ-OR stimulation through negative regulation of AngII/AT1 receptor pathway and provides new insight into the prevention and treatment of arrhythmic diseases.
