    Effect of fasudil on inflammatory factors in serum and gingival crevicular fluid in patients with coronary heart disease and periodontitis

    • 摘要: 目的 观察法舒地尔对冠心病并牙周炎患者血清及龈沟液中炎性因子白介素(IL)-10,IL-18的影响。方法 住院的冠心病伴牙周炎的患者,随机分为2组:对照组及试药组,试药组在一般治疗的基础上给予法舒地尔30 mg加入生理盐水100 ml,静脉滴注,2次/d,治疗2周,在治疗前后行口腔检查,采集龈沟液及静脉血,应用ELISA法对患者龈沟液及血清中IL-10及IL-18进行测定。结果 法舒地尔治疗后患者的血清及龈沟液中IL-18水平较对照组显著降低,IL-10水平显著升高(均P<0.05)。结论 法舒地尔能够有效降低冠心病并牙周炎患者血清及龈沟液中炎性因子的水平。

       

      Abstract: AIM To explore the effect of fasudil on inflammatory cytokine interleukin 10 (IL-10) and interleukin-18 (IL-18) in serum and gingival crevicular liquid in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and periodontitis. METHODSWe selected hospitalized patients with CHD and periodontitis and randomly divided the patients into two groups: treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given intravenous drip of fasudil (30 mg bid) in addition to the routine treatment for 2 weeks. Before and after treatment, we examined the oral cavity and collected the gingival crevicular fluid and venous blood. IL-10 and IL-18 in gingival crevicular fluid and serum in both groups were analyzed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTSAfter fasudil treatment, IL-18 levels in the gingival fluid and serum of patients in the treatment group significantly decreased and IL-10 levels were significantly increased (P<0.05) compared with those in the control group. CONCLUSION Fasudil can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the gingival fluid and serum of patients with coronary heart disease and periodontitis.
