    • 摘要: 食盐摄入量居高不下是中国高血压发病率高的重要影响因素之一,为减少高血压及其并发症的发病率,我国正在进行食盐摄入量与高血压发病率的相关性研究,探索控盐策略和食盐替代品在我国的可行性,从而减少我国食盐消费量和高血压发病率。

       

      Abstract: High salt intake is one of the important factors for the high incidence of hypertension in China. Research on the correlation of salt and the incidence of hypertension will result in the development of some salt reduction strategies and use of salt substitutes, thus reducing salt consumption and the incidence and complications of hypertension in China.
