    • 摘要: 窦房结细胞是窦房结起搏活动的基础,维持着心脏的正常活动。病态窦房结综合征是常见心血管重大疑难疾病之一,由窦房结起搏及(或)传导功能障碍所致,归因于窦房结起搏细胞的自发性动作电位异常,钠钙交换体1在窦房结细胞动作电位的产生和维持过程中具有重要作用,其功能异常,可导致窦房结起搏功能障碍而引发病态窦房结综合征。

       

      Abstract: Sino-atrial node cells (SNCs) are the basis of sinus node pacemaker activity, maintaining normal cardiac activity. Sick sinus syndrome (SSS) is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases, mainly resulting from sinus pacing and/or conduction disorders caused by sinus node dysfunction due to the spontaneous action potential abnormalities of sinus node pacemaker cells. Sodium calcium exchanger 1 (NCX1) plays an important role in SNCs action potentials generation and maintenance process, the dysfunction of which can lead to sinus node dysfunction resulting in SSS.
