    Reflections on cardiovascular course based on “organ centered”integration in medical curriculum

    • 摘要: 近年来我校在八年制临床医学专业实施了“以器官系统为中心”的基础医学课程整合教学改革,不仅加强了各门学科之间的横向联系、避免了教学内容的重复,而且有利于培养学生的整体临床思维和自主学习能力。心血管系统是一个结构与功能复杂的系统,是医学教学中的重点和难点。本文以心血管系统为例,介绍了我们在教学模式改革中课程整合建设的一些实践经验和心得体会。

       

      Abstract: In recent years,reform of “organ centered”basic medical course integration for the 8-year medical program was carried out in our university. This mode not only strengthens the horizontal linkages between different subjects and avoids repetition of teaching content,but also cultivates clinical thinking and independent learning ability in students as a whole. The structure and function of the cardiovascular system are very complicated and difficult but they are one of the most important subjects in the medical curriculum. In this paper we used the cardiovascular system as an example to introduce some of our practice in the basic medical course integration in this reform.
