Abstract: The combined detection and analysis of inflammatory reaction, biochemical metabolism, cardiopulmonary function and vascular endothelial function related to the pathophysiological mechanism of coronary heart disease is of great value for the early diagnosis and evaluation of coronary heart disease. This article reviews the clinical value, advantages and disadvantages of the combined analysis of related indicators in order to guide clinical selection and application according to the actual situation.
