    IL-35在心血管疾病中的研究进展

    Research progress of IL-35 in cardiovascular diseases

    • 摘要: 心血管疾病是当前威胁全民健康的一类常见病,也是主要致死病因之一。细胞因子在心血管疾病发病过程中发挥重要作用。作为白细胞介素(interleukin, IL)-12家族的一员,白细胞介素 35(interleukin 35, IL-35)是一种主要由调节性T细胞分泌的、具有免疫抑制功能的细胞因子。近期研究表明,IL-35也参与心血管疾病的发生、发展。本文综述了IL-35的结构、信号通路与功能,总结了IL-35在心血管疾病发病中的调控作用与机制的相关研究进展,旨在为心血管疾病预防和治疗提供新的思路和方向。

       

      Abstract: Cardiovascular disease is a common disease that threatens the health of human and is also one of the main causes of death. Cytokines play an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases. As a member of the interleukin-12 (IL-12) family, IL-35 is an inhibitory cytokine produced mainly by regulatory T cells. Recent studies have shown that IL-35 is involved in the development of cardiovascular diseases. This paper reviews the structure, signaling pathway and biological function of IL-35 and summarizes the research progress of the regulatory role and mechanism of IL-35 in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases, aiming to provide new ideas and directions for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
