Abstract:
Cardiovascular endurance is an important part of flight endurance. The improvement of cardiovascular endurance can be improved through physical training. From the current training arrangements for pilots in grass-roots units, it can be seen that if the physical training arrangements can be integrated into medical background knowledge and carried out in a more scientific and professional way, pilots can better complete their flight. In this paper, based on the existing problems in the daily training of front-line pilots and the current undergraduate education of aerospace physiology, the author introduces a new concept of “combination of physical training and medical education”, with the improvement of cardiovascular endurance of pilots as a starting point, aimed at improving the current undergraduate education of aerospace physiology and cultivating flight surgeons needed for military operations in the new era.
