目的探讨全科住院医师规范化培训心血管系统疾病沉浸式PBL教学效果；
方法对西京医院全科规培学生心血管系统疾病进行沉浸式PBL教学法授课，采用 PBL教案评估表和PBL教师评估表，考察规培学生和带教老师对PBL案例使用情况的评价，以及规培学生对PBL带教老师的评价，并采用SPSS25.0统计软件进行统计学分析；
结果规培学生对PBL带教老师评价高，平均分均大于9.10，对PBL教案的各项评分显著高于带教老师（P<0.05），带教老师对PBL教案的评分均未达到9.00，且2020年与2019年无显著差异；
结论规培学生对全科规范化培训心血管系统疾病沉浸式PBL教学的评价保持在较高水平，带教老师普遍认为PBL教案有待提高。

Abstract:
AIM To discuss the effect of Immersive Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on the standardized training of cardiovascular diseases in general practitioners;
METHODS To teach the cardiovascular system diseases of the general training students in Xijing Hospital by the Immersive PBL method, we used the PBL Teaching Plan Evaluation Form and PBL Teachers Evaluation Form, to investigate the evaluation of PBL cases and the evaluation of PBL teachers by general practitioners, and we used SPSS25.0 statistical software for statistical analysis;
RESULTS The evaluation for the teacher from the students was high, and the average score was greater than 9.10. The students’ scores of the PBL lesson plans were significantly higher than the teachers’ (P<0.05). The teachers’ scores on the PBL lesson plan were "not very satisfied", and there was no significant difference between 2020 and 2019;
CONCLUSION The students’ evaluation of the immersive PBL teaching in the general training of cardiovascular diseases is maintained at a high level, however, the teachers generally believe that the PBL teaching plan needs to be improved.
