    信息化手段在心血管系统病理实习教学中的应用

    Application of informatization technology in teaching of Clinical pathology

        目的  临床病理学是横跨基础医学与临床医学之间的桥梁学科,病理实习教学更是病理教学中重要的组成部分。而病理教学往往比较抽象,学员学习积极性不高,效果欠佳。信息化手段具有更好的实时性和共享性,已被广泛应用于教学中,成为医学院学员学习病理课程的新模式。
        方法  以心血管系统为例,结合教研室实际情况,选取2017级临床专业学员60人为研究对象。通过随机分组将学员分为信息化组和传统教学组(每组各30人)。传统教学组采用比较传统的教学方法,信息化组采用360度环视大体标本和数字化电子切片等方式开展创新型的课堂模式。最后统一采用理论加识图的方法考核及调查问卷的形式评价,研究教学方法的差异。
        结果  信息化组的同学们考核成绩明显高于传统教学组,对新方法的满意度也更高(P<0.05)。
        结论  通过病理课程的新模式,能够明显提高学生们学习病理学的积极性,对今后临床科目的学习奠定了坚实的基础。

       

      Abstract:
        AIM  To apply informatization technology in the teaching of clinical pathology.
        METHODS  Sixty medical students of 2017 Grade in Air Force Medical University were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Traditional teaching method was used in control group, while informatization technology was used in the teaching of cardiovascular-related experiments, including 360-degree scanning of gross specimens and digital electronic sections in observation group. After the course, the teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated by experiment results and questionnaire survey.
        Results  Students in observation group were doing significantly better in terms of experimental operation time and experimental success rate than the students in control group. The questionnaire survey results demonstrated that the students in observation group had higher subjective learning initiative.
        CONCLUSION  Through effective informatization technology, the students’ enthusiasm to study pathology is obviously improved, which lays a solid foundation for the future study of clinical subjects.
