    血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2与无症状心肌缺血关联性的初步分析

    Diagnostic value of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 for silent myocardial ischemia

        目的  初步分析血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)与无症状性心肌缺血的关联性。
        方法  根据冠脉造影结果,选择104例冠脉正常者为对照组,68例无症状心肌缺血者为观察组,根据主要冠状动脉病变累及支数将实验组再分为单支病变组(38例)、双支病变组(18例)及三支病变组(12例),分别测定各组Lp-PLA2活性和浓度,并进行统计学分析。
        结果  观察组中Lp-PLA2浓度较对照组显著增加(P<0.05),但活性差异无统计学意义。与对照组比较,Lp-PLA2质量浓度在冠脉双支病变组与三支病变组中差异显著(P<0.05),但在单支病变组中两组无显著差异。
        结论  血清Lp-PLA2与无症状性心肌缺血有关联。

       

      Abstract:
        AIM  To investigate the diagnostic value of detecting lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) for silent myocardial ischemia (SMI).
        METHODS  According to coronary angiography results, 68 SMI patients consisted of study group and 104 subjects with normal coronary served as control group. The SMI group was subdivided into three groups: single-vessel lesion group, two-vessels lesion group and three-vessels lesion group. The activity levels and concentrations of Lp-PLA2 were detected in both groups and the results were analyzed statistically.
        RESULTS  In SMI group, the concentrations of Lp-PLA2 were significantly higher compared with those in the control group (P<0.5), but the activity level difference was not statistically significant. The mass concentrations of Lp-PLA2 in two-vessels lesion group were significantly different from those in three-vessels lesion group (P<0.05), but they were not significantly different from those in single-vessel lesion group.
        CONCLUSION  Detecting Lp-PLA2 has great significance in diagnosis and severity evaluation of SMI.
