    Application of intracardiac echocardiography in cardiac intervention

    • 摘要: 心腔内超声(Intracardiac echocardiography,ICE)是一项重要的影像技术。其可实现心脏结构的高分辨实时显影,并有助于监测导管位置和识别并发症。患者既可减少术中的射线辐射,又无须全身麻醉。凭借这些优势,ICE技术已成为房间隔缺损封堵术、心律失常导管消融术、左心耳封堵术等诸多手术的理想影像模式。本文着重讨论ICE技术在心脏结构与电生理手术中的应用。

       

      Abstract: Intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) is an important imaging modality able to provide high-resolution and real-time visualization of cardiac structures, which is helpful to monitor the location of catheters and recognize complications. Patients benefit from tolerance, reduction of flPatients time and lack of need for general anesthesia. For these benefits, ICE is an ideal imaging modality for procedures such as atrial septal defect closure, catheter ablation of cardiac arrhythmias, and left atrial appendage closure. In this review, we focus on the main applications of ICE in a variety of structural and electrophysiology procedures.
