    松弛素与血管内皮细胞的关系

    • 摘要: 松弛素(relaxin,RLX)最初作为一种妊娠相关激素被发现,近年来RLX的血管保护作用受到了人们的广泛关注,内皮细胞作为血管内壁的基本组成部分,对血管的影响尤为显著,已有研究表明RLX可引起内皮源性血管扩张,降低血管阻力,增加循环血流量。现就RLX对血管内皮细胞的影响及其信号转导通路等多方面进行概述,阐明RLX与血管内皮细胞的关系,为临床治疗心血管疾病提供新的治疗思路。

       

      Abstract: Relaxin (RLX) was first discovered as a pregnancy-related hormone. In recent years, the vasoprotective effect of relaxin has attracted wide attention. Endothelial cells, as a basic component of the inner wall of vasculars, have a significant effect on vasculars. Studies have shown that relaxin can cause endothelium-dependent vasodilation, reduce vascular resistance and increase circulating blood flow. In this article, we summarize the effects of relaxin on vascular endothelial cells and its signal transduction pathway, and clarify the relationship between relaxin and vascular endothelial cells, aiming to provide new therapeutic options for clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
