    鞘酯调控血管稳态及其在失重/模拟失重致动脉重构中的作用

    Sphingolipids regulates vascular hemostasis mediating arterial remodeling in weightlessness or simulated weightlesness

    • 摘要: 鞘脂是细胞膜的组成成分,同时也作为信号分子,在细胞的凋亡、自噬、氧化应激、炎性反应、增殖与迁移中发挥重要作用,鞘脂分子参与多种重要心血管疾病的发生发展过程。本综述从鞘酯代谢的特点、神经酰胺与1-磷酸鞘氨醇在信号转导以及血管生理和病理调控中的作用等方面阐述鞘酯代谢与血管稳态调节的关系。同时,对失重/模拟失重后动脉的部位特异性结构与功能重构,以及鞘酯代谢在这一变化过程中的作用作以介绍。

       

      Abstract: Sphingolipids constitutes cell membrane and serves as signaling molecules, engaging in cellular activities including apoptosis, autophagy, oxidative stress, inflammation, proliferation and migration. Cardiovascular system is under the control of sphingolipids, deregulation of which relates closely to the development of multiple critical diseases. This review illustrates metabolism of sphingolipids, and focuses on the role of ceramide and sphingosine-1-phosphate in signaling pathway as well as in physiological and pathological adjustment of vascular system. Moreover, structural and functional remodeling of arteries secondary to weightless or simulated weightlessness and the contribution of sphingolipids are also ummarized.
