    Application of team-based learning combined with scenario simulation instruction in teaching of pulmonary heart disease

    • 摘要:
        目的  探讨团队基础式教学(TBL)联合情景模拟教学法在五年制临床医学生肺心病教学中的应用及效果。
        方法  将本期临床医学生随机分成两个班,分别是采用传统的讲授式教学(LBL)班及TBL联合情景模拟教学班。通过问卷调查及随堂测试评价两种教学方法在能力培养、学习成绩等方面的差异。
        结果  与传统的LBL教学班相比,TBL联合情景模拟教学班学生的个人单项学习能力和协作能力均显著提升,并且TBL联合情景模拟教学班的随堂测试成绩显著高于LBL班。
        结论  TBL联合情景模拟教学法在肺心病疾病的教学效果优于传统讲授式教学法,值得在本科医学生教学中推广。

       

      Abstract:
        AIM  To evaluate the integrated application of team-based learning (TBL) plus scenario simulation instruction in clinical teaching of pulmonary heart disease for five-year medical students
        METHODS  Lecture-based learning (LBL) and TBL plus scenario simulation instruction were used. Teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaire survey, theory and practice examinations.
        RESULTS  Compared with those in the traditional LBL teaching group, the individual learning ability and collaboration ability were significantly improved in the TBL plus scenario simulation instruction group. Test results showed that the performance of the TBL plus scenario simulation instruction group were significantly better than those in the LBL group.
        CONCLUSION  TBL plus scenario simulation instruction achieves better results than traditional teaching method in the teaching of pulmonary heart diseases and is worth promoting in instruction for undergraduate medical students.
